Anybody build an MPM Sea vixen?

Curious if any of you have the kit, and gave it a go? What did you think?

I think James P did back on the other forum about six months ago... I had a look but couldn't find it! You might want to drop him a PM...

Nope not me. I did the Frog one a while back.

The MPM is the same as the Xtrakit one and DamianB did a very detailed build and obviously wanted to fix all the minor niggles with the kit you may be happy to build it OOB. Paul Bradley also did an in box review and the thread has a lot of useful info.

The MPM IIRC is the FAW1 version it's the saddle tanks of the FAW2 that caused most of the build issues.

Which just goes to show why skim reading is bad - despite looking at this thread over and over I kept reading Vixen as Hawk!!

I must be losing the plot...

Youve probably already seen this for yourself but here it is anyway.

I found this back when gengriz started his Sea Vixen project.
