I commented on your wonderful conversion 4 years ago, James, and I have just added the old FROG kit to my stash, with intention to replace my shabby old Airfix FAW.9 (which replaced my earlier Novo model). So I will have gone full circle!
I have the SAM decal sheet for inspiration, and reference to your build, of course.
Cheers,
David

Thanks David. Fortunately I replaced all the Photobucket hosted photos a few days ago. Good to know it was worth the effort.

That's a work of art. A beautiful build. Very well done James.

James, somehow I missed your FAW6 thread. I must say it was one of the most rewarding workbench threads I could wish for. What an effort and what a stunning finished article. Builds like this actually educate me quite a bit. A++++ (run out of space for plus signs )

On the other hand, James, I have chickened out of my FROG project and got hold of the Misterkit Javelin.
At least I am spared all the rescribing!
cheers,

Re: Heller 1/72 Javelin FAW6 conversion **FINISHED**
James, I have discovered your efforts and I have been inspired to reconstruct my FAW9 as a consequence. I completed an Airfix FAW9R with all its errors but I am now going to take another Airfix kit and correct it, as far as possible.
