That's a cracking good job in an extremely clean style. It is always fascinating to see how others go about a build.

What a superb Javelin. One of my favourite aeroplanes and you've done it proud James. Very impressed indeed.

Great job, James... all that effort has paid off, in spades! Of course, you realise that this means that a state of the art new-tool Javelin in 1/72 is inevitably coming from Airfix in 2014, so well done for that service to modellers everywhere as well...

bestest,
M.

Fantastic standard of model making James, truly impressive, words fail me.

I've always fancied doing a Jav, but haven't got one in stash, but I could never match this!

Time for me to take up stamp collecting....

Or maybe heavy drinking (oh, hang on.....)

Wow iv been reading up on this build since the start and iv gotta say she's turned out beautifully!
Iv always liked the Javelin but never had the opportunity to buy 1 in 1/72 scale but I think il begin the chase now!
Good job mate cant wait to see the next one!

Lovely job, James!
Yes, you don't see many of these built.
I built the old Novo/FROG example a long time ago, then the Airfix FAW.9, based on the Heller kit, I think - it is looking a bit old and shabby now.
But I have no desire to upgrade to the forthcoming 1/48 kit.

cheers,

David
