Simon's Vanguard Project - Grrrrrrr

Post by theconfidencestoat »

Okay so for a few months now, I've been getting back into the Airfix 1/144 airliners, as evidenced by the VC 10 and the Trident.

So I'm doing a vanguard now, and its at the 'primer' stage. Putting the kids to bed last night and accidentally left the Vanguard on the floor in my little boy's room. Result - Dog has chewed the fin off  . Well not really , but given it a pretty good go, a big bit of the rudder is gone. Thing is, I could pass it off as battle damage on a B 17 or something, but not on a civvie aircraft. Well, out with the plasticard and milliput......

Well at least be glad the dog didn't swallow something.
