Italeri 1/72 AH-64A Apache

Post by triumph1050 »

Never done a helicopter before and I've always thought the Apache as a mean looking machine so I gave it a go. Built as it comes out the box. Brush painted with Humbrols paint. Most mouldings crisp with no flash, just a little on engine exhusts and a problem with part of the cockpit glass that had no moulded framing to help with painting the frame and the decals what few there were of them had to be the thinnest I've come against really hard job to apply

That looks the business and really good photography to set it off.
Italeri seem to excel with helicopters and it looks like a great result.

A good introduction to the Forum, by the way...welcome.

Bruce
