I think that modeling is a subtle mix of zen philosophy and absolute crazyness - but in my case I would not dare to specify the respective percentage of each......

Looks great! Looks as good as a new kit coming onto the market today.

An excellent model of an aeroplane that I remember building in my early teens and has fascinated me ever since. Very good finish - very convincing.

Did you know there's a group trying to put together a full-scale, non-flying replica of the Whirlwind? Hope they manage it - it's a sorely forgotten type!
