Re: general Rockets late entry
Looking great. Maybe the intake pips need the front half in a pale grey or tan so they look like radar/receivers?

It looks good in grey and I like the 'F1' canards.

Re: general Rockets late entry
At long last, it's finished.
Not a sight you would want to see in anger.
The armament, 4 sidewinders from an Italeri Phantom F4S and a Harpoon from an Airfix Viking that's been in the spares box for about 3 decades.
Canards shown to best effect, though I think they should have been about 1mm lower.
The front undercarriage is held on with Blu-tack temporarily, as it will eventually be in flight as in the pictures above, but low down over the ocean. I will of course post pictures when it is done.
As usual, please feel free to comment.
The main problem I've had, is a constant flow of fresh ideas;
Harrier hybrid. Thank you so much MerlinJones,(I'll get you at play time).
Reno racer. Plenty of scope for scratch building and colour schemes here.
X-wing/Biplane. Easy to build, and a blank canvas for the imagination.
In the immortal words of Bluebottle "I don't like this game"
Ill get round to building them all sometime.
unless I think of even more.
If any one is interested, my personal favourite is TimJ's Raspberry Ripple.
My next task is to learn how to use Photobucket so I can get all the pictures the same size.

I wish, that I knew what was doing!
