Good stuff, B... great to see it under way! Top tip for both you and Shane - put some kind of wing spar (brass tube, balsa...) across the middle, joining the two wings. That should stop the leverage of the wings splitting the top seam! Believe me... I've been there...
bestest,
M.

Cheers Shane, i have decided to use micro crystal kleer for the rest of the windows, will use sharpned bits of round sprue to blank the openings for painting.Matt cheers for that tip.The front undercarriage has now been fitted and is the first moving feature completed,i sat there for ten minutes moving the thing up and down making hydraulic noises how sad is that

Great to see some good progress being made - I already know this will be one of the ones that gets the fingers pointing at Telford in November.
Cheers

I felt exactly the same way last year Bromo, but it really is a great feeling when something you've built draws positive comments
Can't wait to see this in the flesh.

Cheers Tom, doing some cross checking of paints from the conversion list i found i may have a problem the conversions are below,
AIRFIX HUMBROL
M5 DARK EARTH H83 OCHRE
M14 LIGHT STONE H74 LINEN
now i would of said Dark Earth H29 and Light Stone ???? well i cant find one in the Humbrol range. So the choice i have is do i go with the original Airfix colours or use Humbrol and an other manufatures Light Stone, any advice here chaps?
