Bandai Tie interceptor

From Apollo and Soyuz, to Gerry Anderson, Irwin Allen, Star Wars and Trek to Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica and those strange, doe-eyed Japanese school girls...to any model kits you can think of, that only exists in imagination.

Bandai Tie interceptor

Post by mylo66 »

Another cracking kit from Bandai. I really appreciate that they keep the black portions
of the panels separate, it saves a whole lot of masking especially when you consider
the texture. It would be a bleeding (paint ;-) ) nightmare. It was photographed positioned
in front of a PC monitor. In real life my colour scheme is to far to dark but when photographed
it seems to lighten up & doesn`t look to bad.

Excellent! It oozes detail and looks great with the background

I am really really going to have to build me one of these kits; I have about ten in the stash now  :-D
Best wishes

Jim

Very nice and I like the method for creating a background. I can see a whole new use for my PC 8-)
