I've taken off the wonky stretched sprue aerials and replaced them with Accurate Armour carbon fibre aerial wire (normally used on AFV models). I think it makes a big difference -

It was a great tip I got regarding the aerials. I don't normally build 1/35 armour so wasn't aware that you could obtain off the shelf aerial material.

That's made all the difference, Eric. I wasn't aware of the availability off the shelf antenna material for military vehicles either but in any case I'm far too tight to pay for anything like that :ha:

It certainly bumped up the price of the model - from .99p for the pack of ping pong balls to £13.00 :)
