Moebius Green Lantern

From Apollo and Soyuz, to Gerry Anderson, Irwin Allen, Star Wars and Trek to Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica and those strange, doe-eyed Japanese school girls...to any model kits you can think of, that only exists in imagination.

Moebius Green Lantern

Post by jargonking »

As a break from my usual fare, and as I'm going to the Crewe show on Sunday and wanted something new on the table, I thought I'd tackle a straight out of the box build so pulled the Green Lantern from the stash.

Two days in I couldn't resist the urge to add some lighting so a quick build turned into a fortnights work but I'm pleased with the overall result.

So some quickly taken pics...the flash washes out the lighting somewhat and makes the finish look glossy even though it's dead flat....

Here's a shot in darkness...again the picture doesn't really do it justice although I was hoping for a little more glow in the hand...

Nice, I really liked the lighting!!
Never built this one myself! But I do remember building similar Robin (from Batman) and The Man from U.N.C.L.E.
