Revell 1/65 Tie Fighter

From Apollo and Soyuz, to Gerry Anderson, Irwin Allen, Star Wars and Trek to Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica and those strange, doe-eyed Japanese school girls...to any model kits you can think of, that only exists in imagination.

While Tie fighters looks so much cooler then X-Wings, remember:

Tie Fighters can be destroyed by barely looking at them.

Not sure if I will paint it, I've glued all the joints and don't want to faff with masking. I have flown it around the room a few times though.

Keep it as it is. But maybe give it some minor touchups. The in box paintwork looks good as it is.

Yeah the colour looks pretty spot on,not that far off what I ended up with on my Tie Advanced. Not much point weathering as one whiff of a blaster would turn it into a ball of scrap.

No they're not!! , TIE's:- no hyperdrive, no shields and no ejection system. Plus as has been said they can be blown up with a glance. More mencing perhaps!!. :ha:
Hoping to return to modelling sometime this year!!
