Main gear was a bit tricky to get set right, but transparencies went on with no problems

Tricky under cart by the look. She's a weird looking beastie all right.
Looking forward to the paint.
Cheers

That is a freaky looking canopy arrangement.

Well, I'm certainly not going to get this done on time, but it shouldn't run over by more than a couple of days. There have been issues.....
This is that part of the gear well cover that attaches to one of the l/g struts: Anigrand interpretation on the left, mine on the right.
And finally, some color added.

Good work, Barry.
Is that a long slice of tube used for the u/c door?
Regards,
Bruce

no, it's made from four strips of plastic. 2x20 thou pieces for the center and 2x10 thou for the 'wings'. The cross section is a W shape

Presumably you were meant to mill out the doors from the lump of resin. The painted airframe looks very nice. The clean wings make it look almost like a glider.

Glad to wrap this one up. Finish is Alclad and Model Master gloss Gull Grey. The only kit decal I used was the serial on the tail...wingwalks are pieced together decal stripes.
