Hi guys, just an FYI.
I've just completed the IPMS annual returns forms plus the booking form for Scale Model World. I've e-mailed them to the UK Liaison Officer but, just to be sure, the hard copies will be posted recorded delivery tomorrow morning.

You can get a certificate of posting for free from post office - all it gives is the postcode you send too but it at least backs up any later "dispute" that you did post it after emailing etc

Thaks Chris. I'm sure it'll get through though. From the group leaders meeting last November, it appears that there were some communication issues last year hence the preference, at the UKLOs recommendation, for the belt and braces approach this year.
