Looking good Pugz. Less sink marks than my Matchbox version anyway. Hows the fit for gaps?

dazzled, the fuselage is pretty good and the the first wing sections are a really tight fit...however the outer wing sections are shocking, the tail doesnt want to stay on either...., theres a slight gap on one of the air brakes, but im looking at a real thing tomorrow to see how it compares....ill take some photos and get back to you...

Shaun W, i have the wings on tail on now all i have left to do is paint, decal and the undercarriage lol....with 3 days to go ive been in builds with more to do...but we will see....thats the trouble when real life takes over a builld.....still determined to get it done tho...

Great. Really looking forward to the analysis of the real thing. I had a gap around the airbrakes on mine too but good old Squadron white putty saw to that. I agree that the fit of the outer wing panels is pretty bad and one thing to look out for on assembly is that the outer wing section halves can fail to go together properly leading to a step. I had to perform surgery on mine to get things back to level. It's something to look out for.

A friend in work is also a modeller and he is currently also building a Victor, albeit as a B2, and he's experiencing all the same problems. It's comforting, in a way, to know that the issues with the build are inherent in the kit and not the results of my ham-fistedness ;-)

There is a one week extension of the GB, so hope that helps you get finished.
