Shane's Vulcan

Post by shangos70 »

A bit late to the party and no pics at the moment as I stood on my memory card reader! Anyhoo my Vulcan is from the Falklands 25yrs boxing, I've had it 5yrs nearly . I'm going to do her as XM607 and I'm really lloking forward to that long wing/fusealge join and the dreaded intakes . Should have more sense after the Victor really but hey ho .
Pics as soon as ebay sends my new card reader.

Cheers Bromo, some work has commenced . I have added card around the edges of the bomb bay to support the insert better . The tail cone is joined along with the tail fin. looking at the intakes and thinking why did I pick this kit . They are much worse than how i remember when I first built it in the mid 80's. I have also added some card strips on along the forward fuselage to hopefully re-enforce the join.
