ON TO THE HOMEWARD STRAIGHT
Some items were added to the interior. A "captured" ammo box, a helmet and a white tarp roll. The too shiny seats were given a centre stripe of acrylic Buff paint and this was rubbed in with a cotton bud (Q-tip to our American friends) giving a pleasing worn appearance.
Next, the tools were painted and added together with a rolled up dirtied groundsheet on the front mudguard. And that was pretty much it. I may give it a coat of matt varnish but the decals are sealed so there's really no need. This is the finished article.
And here it is alongside it's potential diorama mate - a Dragon "Nashorn" SPG.
Now to finish of the aircraft kits sitting forlornly next to the bench.
