Tamiya 1/35 KV-II

Post by Molly-new »

Russian Heavy Tank KV-II GIGANT

After 18 months of toying with this I finally got it finished(ish):

I picked it up cheap at a model club auction, with the idea of building it as a place to practice my airbrushing. The more it developed the more I liked it, especially after scratch building the back of the turret, which was missing:

Now it is in the display case, awaiting a suitable base so that I can complete the weathering on the tracks.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I did building it.
