The poses on those figures is brilliant, your painting has really brought them to life.
My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.

!!!!!
How on earth you manage to achieve dejected body language in 1/72 will probably forever be a mystery to me, but I've seldom seen a more unhappy bunch of grunts in the back of a lorry even in real life! Brilliant work

Just caught up with this thread, Great work. I have my blitz sitting on my bench to start some time soon(ish) and a diecast Bussing NAG, as well as a Monarch and a Matador to do as a captured trucks.
All the best.

I missed the final installment of this excellent "how to" on the Airfix Blitz and I agree with the others, those figures are brilliant and really bring the open top version to life.
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

Great work. Hard to believe they're only 1/76. Love all the figures too.

Re: Airfix 1/76 Opel Blitz Troop Carriers
It was worth the wait Neil, a great finish to your series of Opel Blitz troop carriers and really enhanced by those excellent looking figures! Out of interest what are the markings? Leibstandarte panzergrenadiers?

Beautiful scale effect, so easily could be 1:35
