This is a typical HobbyBoss kit, low part count good fit and after an hour on the bench you finish up with this.

Looks like a nice kit and being Hobby Boss it shouldn't take long.

I think Marine with the Vikings head on the tails.

This is almost a no glue kit :-D , the main assembly is complete and a coat of light grey has been applied.

I have just spotted an error on the box they show a Naval a/c with "Marines" on the side.

I don't think I will need a GB extension for this build. :-D

I think the light grey looks a bit to warm, so i'm looking for a more grey grey if that make sense?

I like the first color better but I think the second one is more accurate. Nicely done Splash.

Crikey! He's practically finished and all I've done is paint the tracks... :)

Nice work with the Hornet. I think I'm the inch worm in comparison.

Thanks Brews.

As per usual the detail in a HobbyBoss kits cockpit is basic, the ejection seats are the right shape just lacking in any detail, so I have added some basic detail and some tape straps just to make it look a bit more busy.

Lovely work on the build and I especially like the paint, very sleek.

Adding the extra bit of detail to the seats was definitely worth it
