Right ho. I'm back after a busy day and in a short while I'll be bringing this one home just under the wire. I have a few household chores to sort first though so watch this space.

All the best.

Well. Cobrachov is done. Here are the pics but first a few words about the build. This one is a very painless build with the only real bugbear being the nose weight issue but as was seen this was easily dealt with. the other two issues were the shallow canopy but I chose to ignore that but an after-market replacement would deal with that and the last was something that is an issue with every Hobbyboss kit I have built. That is if you try and paint xtracrylic paint over the bare plastic (even after degreasing) it tends not to stick and separates leaving patches of bare plastic. Priming is the way with this issue.
The green was slightly lightened Russian tank green painted on then streaked with the same colour slightly lightened some more. The control surfaces are dry brushed with faded olive drab and olive drab to simulate bleaching of the colour due to sunlight and weathering. Gun sooting was anthracite grey. Exhausts are a mix of browns dry brushed on with a last faint dry brush of black.
I know the canopy frames need a clean up but masking them was a pain and paint bled under the masking.

Here's the remaining pics.

Thanks for the kind words guys and offer of the canopy parts Bruce. That will be much appreciated. When I paint canopies with Xtracrylic I don't panic about the frames as a light scrape with the point of a cocktail stick will clean up the edges.

Cheers and all the best.
