Go model, Bruce!! It awaiiiits you, work can waaaaait.
Wait, you're in Maui then?! Lucky you! (work or holiday?)

Thanks for the good luck wishes, guys.

Most important thing to plan for Monday is not the build, but the snacks! :ha:

I suggest plenty of high calorific stuff like chocolate, donuts etc for energy - it might go on your hips but what the hell, the build is more important  I'll miss this one due to our holidays, best of luck it will get you back into the swing of modelling after a few years away!

Beer, chocolate and "Bella horn" (local stuff). Yummy!
That should work well with the build. Just gotta keep the pilot away from the crumbles or he wont fit... :-D
If there even is a pilot with the kit, I haven't checked.

When you pick a date, the only date possible for a blitz, you're gonna bet your a$$ something has to come up!
I'm just back from a little hiking trip, oooh the sea is so lovely and warm now...
I will start this as soon as I can (hopefully before 16.00 my time), cause I have to finish before 9 am tomorrow morning as I have to be somewhere then! And I need the sleep to so can't be up late. Busy the entire day, isn't that typical.

Anyway, I tidied up the bench and put the kit on yesterday. Haven't studied ANYTHING, haven't even looked at the instructions, so I will just jump on it. I actually have no plan how to build it, will just take things as they come.
I am definitely going to enjoy this. Especially as I have so much lovely snack, leftovers from my birthday yesterday. Nom nom :-D
As I barely got to sleep this night, I need all nom nom I can get :ha:

And the usual headache, but enough complaining! Time to set things up.. This will be a super blitz, hopefully...

See ya soon

Thanks guys. Hehe yeah I'm starving too after 3 hours hiking. Glued half of the cockpit together... I am working slowly, hehe.
Gonna eat some now.

At this rate, already 40 minutes into it, I wonder where I will be at midnight.

Working on the cockpit, knife slipped and ouch.. Cut myself.
Taking a little break.
Starting to doubt a blitz is for me... This is just stress as I have to finish today.

I hope the cut isn't a bad one. I know you'll give it your best Sissel. You are more than capable of completing a blitz.

All the best.

This happens to all of us Sissel, don't worry- take a break, open a can and have some chocolate, you can do this- just relax and the build will fly along.

Cut isn't bad, just annoying, hehe. Not compared to last time when I had to be rushed to the emergency room

I have no idea as to what the interior color are so I'm just going with intermediate green and black (using what I have).
Canopy Klear coated.

Thanks, David. Trying to relax :-D
