Wonderful. You're on a flow. Good luck!
Gets me tempted to try more than one Blitz build.
I wonder if most or all of Airfix' new tool kits are of great value, detail and fit?

sissel, the newly tooled Airfix kits are very good but not all of the Airfix new releases are new tools, you need to check against their origins online here.

Not at all -- it is a very nice kit. Perhaps you remember I blitzed it during Blitzbau X, earlier this year.

Are you thinking of the old Kittyhawk 1 kit?

Well, my Azure blue, Dark Earth and Middle Stone paints have previously been mixed as stock in Revell Aqua and are ready for the start, This is a very easy build and I don't expect any problems and work will start at midnight with pre-painting and sub assemblies.

i have been sorting through the stash and have picked a kit with which to attempt the hat trick for the following and final weekend of the build-

I may well be. It must be 30 years since I built one. :)

Good luck, I will tune in.

Re: lancfan's Airfix Tomahawk IIB BLITZ # BEGINS AT MIDNIGHT

The bench is set up ready for the start, the paints and tools are set out around the work area and the kit sprues are in the worktray on the left, the instructions are pinned up above the bench, the painting guide can just be seen to the right and the clock is in position and guarded closely by the official timekeepers who are to be seen flanking the clock.
