Sign-up and Chat
A continuation of the initial 'Tiger Meet' threads from GB Chat -- here and here.
Here sign-up for the 'Tiger Meet' GB, state your entry, chat with others who are joining the GB.
One of your GB Leaders, or maybe all, or maybe none, will post the details here shortly .... but in the main I think they are looking at aircraft in NATO Tiger Meet markings -- whether they had to actually fly or could sit on the runway and look pretty is up to them ....

Very interesting.
I might go in with my Hasegawa Limited Eidition F-16AM/BM RNoAF Tiger Meet 2010 if I get the time.

I got a Revell 1/72 Tornado all ready to go. I just need to finish my 2300 mile move across America first.
See you all soon.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
I'm ready to go with a Revell 72nd Mirage 2000. I will keep the markings as a surprise for the moment, but will say that they are from Syhart, my all-time favourite aftermarket decal company.
Completed: not counting. Bought: trying not to let Mrs Viking count

I am in with the HobbyBoss Rafale' B. 1/72 scale.
Besting 60 years of mediocre building of average kits in the stand off scale
Re: Sign-up and Chat
I always liked the "old school" Tiger Meets where it appears that ground crew with yellow and black rattle cans did a fin or smaller piece of airframe in what appeared to be in violation of some Air Force policy. Of course the follow me vehicles were pieces of work also.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
I was sorta hoping for the same with two identical kits in the Hasegawa box. However they're not.Brews wrote:I got my Hobbyboss Rafale B last night - it was delivered some day last week, but I don't know which day. The options are both for Tiger Meet ... as Jeff had intimated. If I stuff up the decals for one, then I have a built-in backup plan!
One single-seater and one two-seater. Tiger Meet markings for both.
Am very tempted to enter this GB. Will see how things roll.

Dear participants.
Tomorrow morning I will be hitting the road and driving across America from coast to coast. My access to the web may be limited at times, so don't think that I abandoned the group build. I'm simply moving.
That said, you are being left in the capable hands of msrs. Jssel and Dirkpitt, who have graciously offered to cover for me while I'm away. I'll be checking in periodically and will begin my own build once I'm settled in a few weeks.
