USS George Washington, SSBN-598

If it goes on or under the wet stuff and doesn't fly, it's in here.

Nice one Darryl, you've achieved a great finish to that. I like the look of these modern boats, beautifully streamlined and yet very sinister. Bit like a shark really!

Thanks Shaun. The odd thing is that, despite appearances, it's not all that modern. The real sub entered service in 1960, making it a 1950s design, and it was scrapped in 1998. It must have seemed like a UFO when it was built.

Nice, very nice. I had that big cutaway one that I think Revell did back in the day.

It was the state of the art, when 'the day that earth stood still' happened :). Darryl, I have already complemented it on GB but still I think it deserves all the good words I can muster. :)
