Dragon 1/700 Tirpitz

Too many camo schemes for DKM ships, so ended up picking a more garish one for fun. Technically optical equipment/many secondary guns were not fitted at the time...She wore this for a short while whilst being fit out.

Is that an actual paint scheme of this ship? WOW, I never saw that. Are there any existing photos?

A very nice rendition of a very odd scheme. I believe Hipper was also painted with a strange brickwork camo scheme later in the war, after she was laid up.
So many models, so little time.
