I've got this to build, is it simple to convert from the Florida?, thought it would be just leaving the SEAL airlock bit off the back.

It's amazingly simple. In fact it's easier than building the Florida as there's no cutting involved. The only bugbear is that the missile doors don't fit at all well in their openings so you're stuck with having them open, which means constructing and painting 24 doors. Otherwise it's a really nice kit.

Just one piece of advice though: do your own research regarding colour schemes.
