Airfix 1/350th Trafalgar Class

If it goes on or under the wet stuff and doesn't fly, it's in here.

Airfix 1/350th Trafalgar Class

Post by TomW »

Submarines shouldn't take long to build but this one has been hanging around the slipway for over two years  finally finished off today:

And one with more 'atmospheric' lighting:

Excellent. Looks big and menacing - the way those things are supposed to look.

Can you build others of her class from the kit?

You can indeed David, the kit provides markings for all 7 T-class boats as well as the alternative pump jet propulsor that is fitted to the other 6 boats after Trafalgar.

I'd love to see Airfix produce a Swiftsure class and a Resolution class to fill out some gaps in 1/350th RN subs.

Nice one Tom. I like the look of modern boats, a sort of sinister beauty. Great work 8-)
