Airfix Mary Rose
Airfix Mary Rose
Airfix Mary Rose, with an etch upgrade set from scalewarships.com to add/replace deck detail, gunport lids, shields etc; the ratlines are also an etch set of theirs. I added the mesh netting over the decks; replaced the plastic sails with ones from paper, and rigged it using ez-line thread.
I took it upto SMW, Telford this year (November 2016) - and the photos speak for themselves thereafter.

Fantastic work, and a well deserved award.
What scale does the beautiful ship work out at?

My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.
