Nice job, Ratch. I have a 1/700 version in my stash to work on at some point. How did you go about making the base?

Cheers, the base is shown being made in my Workbench thread. Its plaster of paris and Liquitex ;-)

Said it other places, great work on the dio :beer: :beer:
But I think it was inspired to reproduce the "dummy" details for fitting also :beer:
Been modelling for years, still learning . . . .
Model kits are meant to be assembled . . . . . . . . . . eventually.

Ah! Thanks Ratch. I cannot imagine how much I am missing out on by mostly reading the "topic" threads as opposed to the "workbench" threads. Too much good information and not enough time to see it all. :oops:

I like the way you put that together and may need to try your technique myself. ;-)
