Very impressive model. Big is beautiful. He'll need a large van to take it to a show though.

It's incredible that someone can keep going on such a project for so long. In the world of railway modelling it's not uncommon for layouts to take a builder many years to complete, sometimes decades, but at least in that medium the modeller does get progressive stages where new parts are completed and extra running possibilities added to help maintain inspiration. This, however, is in a different league of determined persistence and amazingly impressive to boot.
