Bismarck, Revell, 1:1200.

If it goes on or under the wet stuff and doesn't fly, it's in here.

Bismarck, Revell, 1:1200.

Not much time for modelling now, summer, barbecue, painting garden gnomes etc …bur I did finish the Bismarck.

The Revell Bismark is a nice kit, but I don’t want to be the pilot on one of the aircraft… The crane is in a position where it would rip of halve a wing…
In this scale I try to keep rigging to a minimum, otherwise it seem crowded, I used starched spruce.

I used most of the time on the base.. It’s made of a play clay that my son got at Burger King, he gave it to me for use on a model, it was very wet and curved extremely much when drying !!! Made a wooden base and let the clay stay under pressure for about a week to straiten it, then I taped it to the base, the shit was glued with whiter wood glue. Its painted with acryl artist paint and some 20 year old poster paint I fond in the cellar! Hope you liked it!

Very tidy; the base sets it off nicely
Best wishes

If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing
