Good save with the spare rotor blades - it often pays to keep hold of stuff like that. Paint runs are bad news and often call for a repaint - an occupational hazard for me as I quite often get the paint mix wrong!
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.

It's rare when I dispose off some plastic bits from old kits, it's even rarer that I would junk an old kit. The most of my spareparts are in the box since years and they always come in handy.

Paint runs on this one are not so bad, I cleaned them up before they dried out, I just need to sand and polish them before I put on the next coat of paint.

Sensible man and I also now throw away very little, I have in the past and then later regretted it - you never know when you're going to need spare parts! Thankfully the paint didn't spoil your day too much.

Nah...it's giving you experience and skills you never had before....like scratching rotor blades!

Handy, that. ;-)

Now that is a colourful Chopper. Very smart.

The thing with builds that fight you all the way is that you get a greater sense of achievement once it is finished.

And I should know, most of the builds I do are like going 3 rounds with Mike Tyson. :-D

Well, ..... I'm the "Choctaw whisperer" :ha: . She went into submission and I can gladly tell you folks, I finished her just now.
And man, I really grew fond of this kit. As you all mentioned, it sure is very satisfying to know although she gave me hell Ikept going and I acquired a new set of skills in tackling new projects!

Enough talk, now some pics!
