Re: Sign-up and Chat
I originally intended to build just one model but found the parts to make up a second kit in my spares bin so if I can find a colour scheme that appeals I will build a pair of spitfires here. My first choice will be the new BBMF aircraft TE311 in its new 74 Sqdn markings which were originally worn by LF 16e TB675 as part of 2 TAF in Germany, 1945.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
Hi,
I have 2 Heller XVIs to be started after Telford. One will be a late War 2ATAF example with the Type C upperwing roundel; the other, I haven't yet decided, although it will be RAF. I'd like to do one with bombs but I don't have any and won't be spending money to get any!
I've got some 'bits' from a Hasegawa Mk VIII that might be of use to tart up the general shape a bit . . .
regards,
Martin

Well I'm going to be late to the game, I want to finish the two I'm doing for the Whirilibird GB, all the better to pick up the tips from the front runners
As for scheme I quite like the SAAF one on the box art of AZ XVI.
Cheers

Is that the one that Merlin Jones has displayed in his entry in "previous builds"?

I'll have a go at this one. I reckon on a blitz like I did on the first one I built. Built in an evening ? Who knows ?
So many models, so little time.

I'm in for this. Kit and decals at the side of the bench in readiness. A South African aircraft seems most likely.

I'll be joinging, hope to start near the end of the week. I'm unsire whether or not to build with the decals on offer from Heller or some French Air Force ones I also have. I do like the Heller offering I must say.

Re: Sign-up and Chat
Hey everyone. I had intended to join this build but my kit has several key parts missing. So.. regretfully, I am out this time around. I will however post a picture of one I did recently in the "previous built" thread.

Ooh, that's unfortunate, Jeff - what bits are not there?

Jeff, tell us all what bits are missing as a 'wanted' thread- we may be able to help.
