Thanks for the tutorial Barry. I will give it a go during the Xmas holidays - I got an airbrush & compressor for my Birthday in July but have not had time to try it yet!

That is really helpful and gives a very nice result. I have seen so many methods of masking that I didn't know which one to try first, so went with blu-tac and tape. Of course I tried to mask the whole model at once and then constantly squashed the blu-tac out of shape

It also didn't help that the Revell instructions used two very similar shades of grey to show the demarcation lines.
