Re: mmD's Pairacobras
Hadn't forgotten that I have the Hairyfeex Cobobra to do, as well.. not the greatest kit, some unpleasant warping on the fuselage..
but we're up to here.. and I've been deploying an Olive Drab rattlecan on this one..
do you think there's a noticeable seam line?
needless to say, there's some filler drying right about now..

Re: mmD's Pairacobras
As this GB moves into its final week, my Airfix Airacobra proceeds gracefully towards the finishing line (no mad scramble to get it done, oooh, no )
It's going to be in-flight (so no wheels! whoop!) so I had to cut out the slot for the stand.. no longer even marked on the kit, but not a problem.. just had to make sure it'll be astern of the drop tank!
The fuselage, wings and drop tank.. no, that's not encrusted poly cement all over the tailplane: my days of drowning models in glue are long behind me It is, in fact, Hu64 that i managed to get on it, somehow..
Canopy parts are in Klear, just got to touch up a few places and we're good to go!
