Secret Santa GB: the "Mine's Arrived!" Thread

What did your Secret Santa send you this Christmas? Have you been naughty or nice? Did you get a Trumpeter 1/48 Lump of Coal, or a nice old Airfix classic? Your builds should be chronicled here, starting Decmber 25th (ho, ho, ho!) and lasting through January 31st. Admins: Brickie and Paul Bradley

Secret Santa GB: the "Mine's Arrived!" Thread

Post by mattbacon »

Just occurred to me as I posted mine that I wouldn't know if it arrived safely without contacting my victim. And then I thought of this thread. If you post in here when your Secret Santa package arrives, the person who sent it will know that it's safely with you without you knowing who they are...

bestest,
M.

Am posting mine some time next week. Not saying exactly when as it may give the game away.

All the best.

And I can be the first one to post and say "Mine's Arrived!". In a remarkably large box from Amazon, with a very beautifully gift-wrapped package inside... It's now (metaphorically) under the tree...

Thank you, Secret Santa!

bestest,
M.

I received a nice parcel from one of our Australian brothers today. Many thanks and an early Merry Christmas.

All the best

Greg (Who is resisting the temptation to peek, and Sarah will make sure I don't  ).

Small update. Whilst I was at work Sarah has hidden mine away so I can not peek. Not that I would..honest.

All the best.

Mine arrived a few days ago apparently and has been with a neighbour. My outgoing one went off yesterday .

Mines arrived, at least I assume it has. It has a 'kity rattle' to it and it's not the parcel I'm expecting from Hannants. So thank you my Secret Santa, it'll go under my tree until Xmas day :-D

Mine has arrived safely from across "the" pond ;-)

I shall be posting mine off tomorrow to travel across a much narrower stretch of water.

Cheers

Mine's arrived! :party

Doesn't rattle much, which either means it's been wrapped very carefully, or Santa took all the parts out.....
