Brickie's Ford Tfc
Got a pair of these from Jadar especially for the GB as they were cheap, and an interesting subject.
A couple of interesting and useful links about the vehicle and the kit, for my own reference as well as your interest...

http://derela.republika.pl/ftb.htm;
http://www.pwm.org.pl/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=11088;
assuming all goes well, the plan is to build both cars and base them with some 1/72 WWI Russian Infantry which will pass for Polish soldiers of the Polish-Soviet War as far as I know. It may be that one car is finished for the GB and the rest is done later, depending on how things progress over in the Secret Santa GB...

I picked up one of these from Jadar..
Looking forward to your build. Are you going to use the "Japanese" camo scheme?

If you mean the four-colour patchwork, then yes.

Off we go then. Dinky and slightly fiddly but basically a nifty little kit.
Instructions on the back of the box...
And after an hour or so's work, here's a chassis...
Some bodywork...
and a turret. All three pieces look like this:
and when placed together, you get this:
The seam on that gun looks huge - get the sanding sticks out before that goes off for undercoating...

Re: Brickie's Ford Tfc
In fact, I reckon I'll build the second car as well and paint them together, rather than my original plan of finishing one then starting the next, in case I didn't finish either...

Re: Brickie's Ford Tfc
This looks very interesting, being based on the Ford model 'T' car this could be used to make conversions based on that chassis such as the First World War British van and ambulance bodied trucks or the scout car.

It's a pity the transverse springs are so crudely represented, other than that, it's a pretty neat little kit.

Yes, I might see if I can cut some notches in them to look more leafy, but I'm afraid of breaking it because it's quite fragile and I'm quite clumsy.

Re: Brickie's Ford Tfc
I'm in awe.. usually, in the same time frame, I'd have managed to break part of the suspension, lose a wheel and have the body parts fitting in a distinctly "Cubist" state.. good work!

Re: Brickie's Ford Tfc
Good grief, is this a group build or a blitzbau?
Nice looking kit though.

Incidentally, I believe there's a 1/35 version of this out there as well...
