lancfans' VT-34 conversion *** Finished ***
This is one of two of these in my stash, the Revell boxing of the venerable Matchbox kit of the T-34/76, it is far from the best available 1/76 scale T-34 kit around and has often been lambasted online but I have the kit and it is in the stash to be built
I am going to convert this kit into the VT-34 ARV based on online drawings and photographs as primary reference, here is the box and sprue shot ready for the off.
David.

The basic crew compartment/cable drum housing has been added from plastic card, the next step is to detail this and add the external details.

Re: lancfans' VT-34 conversion
The VT-34 was yesterday another step nearer with more external details fitted including the outside ferry tanks.
With the last details and the anchor blade fitted it now only needs painting before final assembly.

Re: lancfans' VT-34 conversion
The model is now in basic camouflage, the next step is to varnish the sides of the cabin and apply the decals, when this has been done the wheels will be modified and painted & the tracks will need joining and painting.
