Re: Marek's Unmarked Messer
Not much left but what is left spells a lot of fun . Weathering, aerials, weights, barrels (not pink on my plane ) and some finish cosmetics.
I chose the spinner being red/white not black/white simply because it just looks better, cannot really tell from b/w pictures.

Re: Marek's Unmarked Messer **** FINISHED ****
Clock did its TIK-TAK on me this week, but finally I got some time and finished the Messie through 3 quick sessions.
So here it is
Bf109E4/Trop, black 8, JG27
Paints used were LifeColor and cheap artistic oils (autistic) for dirtying.Decals came from the new boxing of old Bf109E as well as the desertification piece (sand filter). Ground pastels were used for exhaust and firing stains. Very enjoyable kit, I think one of the best Airfix kits ever.

I don't know how I missed this. That looks very good indeed. Top finish. Well done.

Nice stuff. That is my favorite JG27 scheme.
