That is an excellent diorama Paddy, conveying as it does a very natural little scene of a trio of squaddies taking a break from the war. I know a number of modellers replace the heads of figures supplied in kits from sources such as Hornet but the OOB figures here look perfectly acceptable to me - although that is mostly down to your painting of course.
