M8 Howitzer in Normandy

Post by PTB11 »

Howitzer is the Tamiya 1/35 kit
The crew are from Dragon and the ruins are an old Verlinden plaster casting.

Excellent work on this diorama. Nice details on the building and groundwork. Love it.

That is a really really lovely bit of modelling - Great scene, great painting/weathering on the M8, great figures.

Well done sir!

Steve, it is a bit strange looking.
Its an M8 75mm Howitzer motor carriage. It carries a version of the U.S. 75mm Pack Howitzer.

Another simply wonderful build from you Paddy and set in a top notch diorama with excellent attention to detail. You are certainly setting the bar high on here for armour builds!
Doing - Tamiya 1/35th Universal Carrier.
