TITS!...the blue and winged kind!
Re: TITS!...the blue and winged kind!
No double entendres... And about time!
I find these work best with figure painting techniques. Dark base coats, layers, dry brushing, washes, painted highlights. Vallejo or Citadel acrylics are designed with that process in mind. Superfine Milliput is a great filler as well, because you can shape, carve and texture before it sets hard...
Bestest,
M.

Re: TITS!...the blue and winged kind!
Thank you all for your advice on the painting, I will take everything into account!
Also @Chrism thank you for showing me your tits, I'm very jealous about the robins, I've been trying to get my hands on some but unfortunately they seem to now be extinct :(
If you fancy we could do the build together if there is nothing on your bench already

I've actually really enjoyed using Acrylic, really tricky but certainly different.

Great start you've got the green blending into the blue nicely.

Nice job!
I don't think we have any tit's in Canada, but, there are quite a few old crow's. It's probably way too cold here for the tit's to come out.

Thank you everyone for their nice comments
I'm holding off for a week until some paint comes through the post for the tree they stand on.
I will keep you updated

A great start to the painting CT, those are really starting to look the part. Makes a change to see something that flies but is not festooned with rockets and bombs!

A few spots of rouge paint that I'm being too lazy to remix the colours for but these are just about done
