Work begins by shaving off most of the hair and the big '70s sideburns, the back of the head has to go as it's not possible to shave it down to the back of the skull shape - this will be replaced with sculpted Milliput. The ends of the sleeves are shaved down to make bare forearms (in progress), the deep wrinkles of the suit are sanded down to look much shallower and the bottom of the trousers are built up with Milliput to make a more suitable shape. The racing shoes have a bit cut from the bottom to make a heel & sole rather than a solid bottom. The bottom 3 laces are shaved off to more boot-like laces and the socks/ trouser cuffs will be covered by sculpted Milliput gaiters

Getting armed, and making masking tape pockets and epaulettes.

Milliput beret and gaiters added and some paint on.

I like the work you do,I would never attempt such a task, due to chubby fingers and no skill.
