I have acquired an old resin kit of Trooper of the Center Company 5th Chasseurs Regiment.
Unfortunately, the instructions, a picture on the box, is a bit faded. Red to orange I think
So...Is the uniform dark green with red trim/facings or orange?
Any help appreciated.

Re: 5th Chasseures Trooper
What period are we looking at?
What is the make and scale of the figure?
A quick search has turned up a lot of Napolionic figures in green with orange trim and the trumpeters in orange.

My work bench is starting to look like Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.
Re: 5th Chasseures Trooper
Are these infantry Chasseurs or Chasseurs a Cheval ?
All models are equal. Some models are more equal than others.

The scale is 1/16th. Maker is Model S. Period is 1807/14. Just looking at the uniform I would say Chasseurs a Cheval.

From NAPOLEON'S CAVALRY by Emir Bukhari
The Dolman tunic was worn by the 5th from 1806 to 1811, though, it was soon to be replaced by the familiar habit-long, this in turn was superseded by a short-tailed, single-breasted Kinski tunic, predecessor to the habit-veste of 1812 pattern. These four phases of dress overlapped one another considerably.
The 5th had green tunic and trousers. The tunic was piped yellow with yellow cuffs and turnbacks. The trousers had two yellow stripes (1806)
Crimson collar and cuffs for the 10th, cuffs only for the 11th and collar only for the 12th.
Orange collar and cuffs for the 13th, cuffs only for the 14th and collar only for the 15th.

Re: 5th Chasseures Trooper
Thanks, Ratch! That does make interesting reading.
The little figure seems to be a bit of a hybrid. However, I will go with the colours for the 5th and ignore the box top.
