thinking of like a spitfire but dont wanna do a nor al one as evr1 else does it ,maybe snow effect?

got an idea, what do u make the base out of?

Start simple and develop your skills.
Look around the house.
Lots of people buy a cheap, framed picture from a charity shop and use that.
Get some cheap white glue and sprinkle it with (un-used) cat litter, or sawdust, or very fine gravel.
It all depends upon your idea and if you take the time to read some of the threads in our diorama section, you'll get more of a clue as to how to do stuff.
