Time for gas - 1/35 German armour

Post by Ratch »

A retreating German Panzer stops to take on fuel and supplies, much to the dismay of the local inhabitants who were not expecting such a close call with the military.

Nice work on all the pieces; certainly is busy. Did you scratch build that house or is it one of the MiniArt pieces ?

I'm having difficulty with the story line -- it may be my eyes or the photos, but it seems the tank and much of the crew (plus others) has been stopped long enough to stand around and chat, scrounge fuel, load ammo, smoke & joke, but the last infantryman is just now getting off to join his buddies to clear the house and surrounding area ?

Thanks guys, the building is MiniArt, the Panzer IV is Italeri, and the guy is getting onto the tank leaving his comrades to scavenge the bombed out building
Seriously, you can make your own interpretation of what's going on - I like to leave that to the viewer's imagination 8-)
