Great stuff. I was hoping someone would do an RAF fort.

Broke out the sprues tonight...
Runner A
Runner B
Wings
Transparencies
The internal construction
I'm guessing that these were supplied with Green Chromate interiors direct from Boeing, so out with the airbrush next

Re: Ratch's RAF Fort
I agree, it will be nice to see an RAF Fort. The kit looks quite detailed.

Re: Ratch's RAF Fort
Thanks for the interest a bit more progress
Details were picked out with a brush and decals were applied onto a Kleared surface, aided by Microset and Microsol solutions. With hindsight it would have been easier to paint and decal each component before fixing them in position.
Six crew members were added from the spares box
The clear runner was dipped in Klear before the parts were fixed to the model. I was unhappy with the fit of some of these transparencies, although it may have been that the instructions were misleading and I put them in the wrong openings.
A dry fit revealed that the standing crewmember required shortening
but starting to make progress
