Looks great, did you have an issue with the dihedral on the wings? The Academy B-17G seems to have an issue.

I was expecting problems due to the many reports, but I took no remedial action and simply cemented the wings to the fuselage ensuring there were no gaps and they appear to be OK to me not being a stickler for accuracy :lol:
Not much done this week, long shifts at work and evening commitments :oops: but did a bit today :ha:

Well done Richard that is coming along nicely, good to see that there is no problem with the wing dihedral on this model but unfortunately the academy B-17G that I am building is so way off it does need correcting.

Sorry Richard but from what I can gather it is the G's that suffer from this, I think with other variants from Academy you should be Ok though.
I didn't think it would be much of an issue until I mated the wing to the fuselage but you can clearly see that the angle of the wing is far too acute.
The good news though is that it is easily fixed.
