I have heard of The Fall but I cannot recall any songs by them, so they can't be that good, can they? Not like Status Quo! Or Stephen 'Tin Tin' Duffy!

Well, they are really good Ian and come from Manchester you know. However, I have to agree that certainly very, very, few artists can hold a candle to Stephen "Tin Tin" Duffy.

I do like MMD's 10 things about blitzes. Course, I think he is misinformed in several of them but that is ok as he has blitzed and earned his right to comment.

The one thing I have learned is my fellow blitzers seem to have an odd taste in music. Now, I like to think I am open minded when it comes to music. I have even been able to listen to some of the music my kids play without my ears bleeding. I even can handle certain styles of countr... ha, almost got that out.
However, except for a brief showing of "Pop Music" the choices have left me more confused than usual. It seems, several of you really like this kind of music. Of course, with the amount of alcohol being shown and I am sure imbibed, that may account for this.

Anyway, I will continue to attempt to listen to the included musical choices in hopes that I may become more enlightened.

Oh, and before you all jump down my throat, I do have several Spitfires in the stash including a recently acquired 72nd Seafire Mk 47 and the first kit my daughter built was a Spit (pink, or course) at the age of 7.

Now, back to look at the stash once more to see if there is a sub that needs building or something else that I can fit in this weekend. Maybe a mech.

yes, except for The Fall. We just pretend to like them to humour Flak. truth be told, none of us had ever heard of them.

Busted.

Did you know you can never have too many of those?

Here is a couple of more figures to ponder when we should be blitzing models.

We are surpassing 43 topics, 2,955 posts, 14,015 views.

All in a single Blitzbau. Oh God, your sea is so big and my boat so small.

I posted the pics of my daughters build years ago but, in case you missed it.

Is the Testors (formerly HAWK) version of the Mk 22.

Now she is twice as old and too busy with acting/school/boy to build.

Last four days, group. Anymore takers. 41 completed so far. Numerous records broken.

Still a little time left.

Sorry, Sissel. It is expended until the 3rd, like another one to accommodate the weekend.

I meant that Friday is the day as I will blitz something, as a response to your "anymore takers" :)
